Your Mission

Nacka Seniorcenter Ektorp is located about 300 meters from Ektorp center and is a house full of life and movement. Your main tasks will consist of meeting the customer's needs according to implementation plans and tasks delegated by HSL.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• Completed care assistant education
• At least 5 years of experience in elderly care
• Very good documentation skills
• Very good familiarity with digital systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in night work within elderly care

You find it natural to provide person-centered care and see that the customer's self-determination is the most important thing that guides your work. You also have knowledge and experience of working according to dementia guidelines. You are skilled in documentation and digital systems and find it easy to learn new systems, as well as having good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

We consider it an advantage if you have additional knowledge in areas such as technology in care, hygiene in care, or palliative care.
