About the position
As a pharmacist in Medication Support, your tasks will include:
- being the contact person for several care units and responsible for ordering, unpacking, and monitoring the sustainability of medications in the medication storage
- holding review meetings with the medication responsible nurse/doctor
- updating and revising the basic assortment in medication dispensers, medication storage on shelves, and in fluid carts
- monitoring consumption patterns, therapy changes, procured medications, and seasonal products
- being responsible for the needs of the organization and knowing which medications are particularly critical
- monitoring and supporting the organization during shortages, withdrawals, and when there is a need for licensed medications
The tasks will develop over time. Within the framework of professional development, additional assignments will eventually become relevant for you as a pharmacist. You will work across the hospital but will be primarily based in Solna.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Licensed pharmacist
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious:
- Experience in medication supply at a university hospital
- Experience in leading other pharmacists
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Visma Proceedo, Omnicell, and Clockwork
Significant emphasis will be placed on experience and personal qualities.
