ISS Facility Services has an exciting collaboration with a customer in Husum. We are now looking for an Operational Site Manager with the task of achieving jointly set goals and ensuring world-class service for the customer. About the role
As an Operational Site Manager at our customer, you will have a stimulating and varied assignment. You are operationally involved in and responsible for the entire service delivery consisting of Soft – cleaning and workplace services as well as Hard – industrial and property technical services. We primarily perform the services with our own employees. Part of the delivery is done with the help of subcontractors, where your task is to ensure quality and act as a requirement setter towards the suppliers. You will move in a dynamic and changing production environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with many varying contact points, both internally and externally.
In the role of Technician, you are responsible for the supervision and maintenance of the properties and their operational systems. You work with both corrective and preventive maintenance. Experience in systematic fire protection work and Facility Manager fire alarm/sprinkler is an advantage.
The role of Site Manager involves ensuring and developing the delivery to the customer, which means you need to be knowledgeable, attentive, and engaged while promoting close customer dialogue to achieve customer satisfaction. You have full personnel responsibility for 12 employees – you conduct employee and salary conversations as well as daily team board meetings/pulse meetings. You create cohesion and security to promote employees' further development and well-being, which in turn contributes to a stable and qualitative delivery. The role also includes budget and result responsibility as well as other administrative tasks such as preparing calculations and tender letters, purchasing, time registration, and approval of supplier invoices, etc.
You motivate, support, and lead the team, and you see the value in creating and maintaining a good team spirit based on Quality, Responsibility, Honesty, Entrepreneurship, and Community. As a person, it is essential to have the ability to build relationships and drive results. You have a secure, trustworthy, and unpretentious demeanor, and your leadership is clear and engaged. Furthermore, you are a communicative, accessible, and coaching leader who has the ability to create engagement and well-being.
This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Employment rate – 100% and the work is performed during the day, Monday to Friday.

- Has education and several years of experience as a Property or Operations Technician.

- Enjoys coordinating operations and projects in complex environments and has an easy time building trust.
- Is business-oriented and communicative and can switch between strategic and operational work.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English - both spoken and written.
- Has good data and system skills and is administratively efficient.
