This is an employment with us at Manpower. You will receive secure employment and salary throughout the training period. The goal is for the training to lead to employment with one of our clients, giving you both experience and a strong start to your career.

About the Training

We are looking for individuals who want to train as wind turbine technicians and contribute to the green transition. Throughout the training, you will gain broad competencies through theoretical and practical components. As a trainee, you will receive paid training with the goal of securing employment with one of our clients after completing the course.

During the training, you will receive:

  • An intensive and paid trainee program lasting about 1 month in Norway
  • Theoretical and practical components that prepare you for the profession
  • Close contact with your consultant manager throughout the training and before upcoming assignments

After the training, the goal is to secure employment with one of our clients in the wind energy industry.

About the Job as a Wind Turbine Technician

As a wind turbine technician, you will work with service, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines - a profession that combines technology, problem-solving, and physical activity. You will also be responsible for reporting and recording your work in various systems, so good system familiarity is required. You will work at heights, in varying weather conditions, and follow strict safety protocols. As a qualified wind turbine technician, you will service wind turbines in Sollefteå and surrounding areas.

Additional Information

  • Location: Norway (training), followed by assignments in Sweden
  • Start: February 16, 2026
  • Duration: Training approximately 1 month, followed by employment with a client

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for driven, technically interested, and reliable individuals - people who thrive on responsibility and want to develop in a future-oriented profession. To succeed in this role, you need to have a positive attitude, be solution-oriented, and enjoy taking initiative. You are reliable and meticulous, which is crucial for following safety protocols and delivering high-quality work.

It is important to note that some of your upcoming tasks will be at heights. Therefore, being comfortable with this is a prerequisite!

Additionally, you must have:

  • Experience in relevant fields for the position - e.g., industrial or workshop work
  • Driver's license (B) and access to a car
  • Good physical condition
  • Good system familiarity
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education and/or experience as an electrician
  • Education and/or experience in technology
