About the job as a truck mechanic

With us, you will work in an authorized brand workshop with Scania trucks, trailers, and semi-trailers. There is a wide range of tasks and no day is the same.

Examples of tasks:

• Service
• Repairs
• Troubleshooting
• Electronics and hydraulics

About the team in the workshop 

At the Heavy Vehicles facility in Sundsvall, we are about 32 employees working as technicians, service advisors, parts advisors, foremen, and service market salespeople. You are never alone in your questions as there is a broad competence where your colleagues are more than happy to help you develop. Together we work to ensure that the trucks keep rolling around the clock on the roads! 

We are looking for someone who... 

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on vehicles or technology, or alternatively technical work experience in areas such as: 

• heavy mechanics
• vehicle mechanics 
• industrial mechanics 
• experience with construction and earth-moving machinery or forestry machinery 
• welders with mechanical experience 
• automation technicians 

As a person, you are organized, self-driven, and strive to perform repairs with high quality.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 07:00-16:00, no weekends. Opportunity to work evening shifts and eventually join the on-call group if desired.
