The Culture and Leisure Department is responsible for developing, operating, and coordinating the municipality's sports and leisure facilities, including sports halls, exercise trails, swimming pools, and other venues for physical activity. The work includes planning, operations, accessibility, and ensuring that the facilities maintain high quality and meet the needs of both the associations and the public.

We are now looking for a coordinator for the operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of coordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep as well as the coordination of the caretakers at Latberget's ice rink, Latberget's ski area, and Kramfors IP. As a coordinator, you act as a link between the caretaker staff and the leisure manager, responsible for planning and distributing the daily work within the framework of the leisure manager's overall responsibility and decisions. The working hours include shift work during the autumn and winter season at Latberget's ice rink and daytime during the spring and summer season at Kramfors IP.

The work as a coordinator requires collaboration with the associations and other stakeholders. The goal is to provide the associations and the public with the best possible conditions to practice their sports and wellness.

As a coordinator, you will be part of a team that collectively works on the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of several of Kramfors Municipality's sports facilities and outdoor environments.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience as a caretaker in football facilities with natural grass and artificial turf as well as ice rinks and ski slopes, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should be accustomed to working both independently and in a team. Familiarity with computers is desirable. Knowledge and experience in control and regulation technology as well as experience from similar work and association activities are meritorious.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Training in the maintenance of natural grass and artificial turf
• Experience with ice machines - Maintenance and ice laying
• Experience with snow groomers - Maintenance and grooming

Relevant training/certifications/qualifications:

• Hot work
• Working at heights
• Chainsaw and brush cutter certification

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and social competence.

The work requires good physical condition.
