About the position

As a service technician, you will work with service, maintenance, and repair of primarily CNC-controlled machines at our customers' sites. Your daily work will largely consist of ongoing and preventive maintenance to keep our customers' production stable and reliable.

You will have a secure and developing workplace in a company with order and structure, where you can grow into the role and take on more responsibility over time.

Examples of tasks:

• Perform preventive maintenance for contract customers
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC-controlled machines
• Handle urgent service cases during downtime for contract customers
• Be technical support and the face of the company to the customer
• Document completed work and identify upselling opportunities

Placement & working method

• You will work from home in Örnsköldsvik and surrounding areas
• Assignments and planning will be communicated via phone from our service leaders
• Travel and overnight stays may occur
• Overtime as needed and compensated according to collective agreements

We are looking for someone who

Is self-driven and enjoys taking responsibility Has personal drive and likes solving customer problems Is socially confident, service-oriented, and can assess the different values of situations Is humble, unpretentious, and wants to build long-term customer relationships Is structured but can also adapt when plans change

Meritorious

We prefer that you have one of the following:

Experience or education in electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanics Previous experience as e.g., CNC operator/programmer, mechanic, electrician, or service technician Practical experience in working with machines or vehicles, professionally or privately

Basic requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Knowledge of English, especially in writing
• Basic computer skills
• Driver's license B
