About the position

As a bus mechanic at the company, you will be an important part of their workshop team, where you will work with service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of buses and heavy vehicles. Your work will include:

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Repair and replacement of components within the engine, drivetrain, brake, and steering systems
• Service and preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's guidelines
• Calibration, test driving, and final inspection to ensure quality and safety
• Documentation of completed work in the company's system as well as contact with internal functions

The work is performed in a well-equipped workshop with access to modern diagnostic tools and advanced technology. You will be part of a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and professional pride.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a technically interested, responsible, and solution-oriented person with experience working with heavy vehicles. Furthermore, you have:

• Experience as a mechanic in heavy vehicles, buses, or similar operations
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Good understanding of troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Driver's license B (C or D is an advantage)

Vocational training in automotive technology or equivalent competence through work experience is a requirement.
