Substitute in Home Care - Make a difference in people's daily lives!

Do you want a flexible job where you really make a difference? We are looking for substitutes for home care in Upplands-Bro who can work extra as needed – both now and during the coming year.

About the role

As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during illness or other short absences. You will be employed as a substitute and booked through our system Time Care Pool when the business has a need and you are available. Working hours vary between day and evening, weekdays and weekends. The length of shifts may also vary.

Your tasks:

• Support care recipients to a meaningful everyday life and good quality of life.
• Assist with personal hygiene, shopping, walks, and escorting.
• Be an important face for home care – perfect for you who in the future want to apply for a more permanent position as a nursing assistant.

We are looking for you who

• Are a trained nursing assistant or have similar experience.
• Have experience in care and support work.
• Have a driver's license and can cycle.
• Master Swedish in speech and writing.
• Are flexible, responsible, and have an easy time collaborating.
• Enjoy providing service and thrive in working with elderly people.

With us, you will receive an hourly wage based on your education and experience. The hourly wage can vary between 145-170 SEK.

About the recruitment process:

Selection and invitation to interview will take place in December. If you proceed to the next step, you will be invited to a group interview. If you are offered employment, we will request a current and valid extract from the police's criminal record.
