Job Description

With your computer at the ready and a burning motivation for problem-solving, we provide you with the tools you need to offer our customers excellent technical support in all situations. Receiving cases via phone, chat, and email will be your main tasks. We are looking for someone who enthusiastically facilitates others' technical everyday lives and takes on their IT challenges. You will work in everything from networks and information security to technical environments and peripherals to operating systems.

We are looking for someone who has:

Relevant high school education
Knowledge of case management systems
Overall knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
