We are looking for you who are trained as a care assistant or nursing assistant and want to work night shifts during the summer in elderly care in Alingsås. You can choose to work nights at one of our nursing homes or in the night patrol within home care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You can choose to work nights at one of our nursing homes or in the night patrol within home care.

Our common focus is that the individual should feel safe, well-being, and have the opportunity to live a dignified life. We work from a salutogenic perspective, which means individually tailored care with the elderly in focus. With us, you are a key person in the work around the user and contribute to good and safe care. Your efforts create participation, security, and quality of life for the individual.

Work nights at nursing homes

As a nursing assistant or care assistant at our nursing homes, you are responsible for safety, care, and support during the night. You work with care interventions and have delegation for health and medical care interventions, supervision, and alarm management.

Work in night patrol, home care

As a nursing assistant or care assistant in the night patrol, you visit our users in their own homes during the night. You are responsible for supervision, support as needed, care interventions, and handling incoming alarms. You have delegation for health and medical care interventions. The work is independent but always with support from the team and routines that ensure high quality and safety for the users.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title (1,500 high school credits or high school diploma), or trained care assistant (800 high school credits)
• Have previous experience in elderly care or equivalent operations
• For the night patrol, a driver's license is required

We value good collaboration and are looking for someone with a friendly and professional demeanor. You are calm, self-assured, and have an easy time communicating in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You are independent and take responsibility for your tasks while collaborating with colleagues to ensure high quality and safety for the residents. You have a good ability to prioritize, see opportunities instead of obstacles, and thrive in a role that requires flexibility and a situationally adapted working method. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
