About the Job

As a night assistant nurse at Sehlstedts care and nursing home, you will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents with empathy and professionalism.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Education as a nursing assistant, can show the Socialstyrelsen certificate for protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new regulations were introduced
• Experience in care and nursing, preferably from night shifts
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• The job requires computer skills for documentation in IT systems and good Swedish language skills both in speech and writing to communicate effectively with others.

You take responsibility for your tasks and the group's tasks. At night, you work independently and can make decisions within the framework of your assignment. You think about those we are here for and their best interests. You do your best to complete all tasks correctly and follow up on how it turned out. You bring new ideas and perspectives to the job and to solve problems. You are curious and encourage dialogue and questions, and you can see more than one possible solution. Your creativity can be put into practice and leads to results.
