As a care assistant at Sehlstedt's care and nursing home, you will play a crucial role in supporting and caring for our residents with empathy and professionalism.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• Training as a care assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a care assistant at the introduction of the new regulations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
• The work requires computer skills for documentation in IT systems and good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form to communicate effectively with others.

You take responsibility for your tasks and the group's tasks. You think of those we are here for and their best interests. You do your best to complete all tasks correctly and follow up on how it turned out. You come up with new ideas and perspectives at work and to solve problems. You are curious and encourage dialogue and questions, and you can see more than one possible solution. Your creativity can be put into practice and leads to results.
