Audika is looking for a licensed audiologist with solid experience and a passion for making a difference – no matter where in Sweden you want to work!

The Role and Opportunities

As an experienced licensed audiologist at Audika, you will have the chance to:

Be involved and responsible for the startup of new clinics, where you build strong relationships in the local community, create a positive image, and establish trust – leading to a stable customer base.
Help more people hear better through individualized hearing rehabilitations according to Audika's qualitative methods and structure.
Work independently with great responsibility and actively contribute to the development and improvement of the business according to Audika's set goals.
Perform hearing rehabilitations, hearing aid fittings, and fittings of assistive devices and individually customized hearing protection.
Act as if you were your own entrepreneur and represent Audika to customers, patients, and partners – with support from our support office and colleagues with extensive experience.
Collaborate with your immediate leader to develop the business by providing suggestions and solutions that improve the clinic's services and offer outstanding hearing care.

Who Are We Looking For?

Licensed audiologist with at least 2–5 years of work experience.
Solution-oriented, responsible, and relationship-building.
Flexible and enjoys varied tasks.
Strong desire to offer the best solutions for the customer.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
