Your role as a pharmacist with LMA authorization at Kronans Apotek in Angered

The only store at Kronans Apotek that is an outlet, which is very unique.

We are looking for an engaged and experienced pharmacist who wants to become Angered's expert in prescription medications and self-care products. The pharmacy is located in a shopping center, and in the surrounding area, there are grocery stores, health centers, residential areas, and schools. We have the pleasure of meeting customers from all over the world and all ages. Everything from families with children, the elderly, students, and self-care customers looking for a good outlet offer. You will work together with a team consisting of 5 pharmacists and 1 pharmacy technician who collectively take responsibility for the pharmacy and create customer experiences of the highest quality.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaigns, quality work, and development. You are responsible for ensuring that the business complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances for outpatient pharmacies. The role also includes the following tasks within your area of responsibility:

• Dispense medications and offer safe and professional patient counseling while contributing to a high-quality customer experience.
• Contribute to participation and good collaboration within the pharmacy through close cooperation with colleagues.
• Ensure that regular self-inspections of the pharmacy are conducted and that the pharmacy meets the requirements for self-control.
• Manage deviations and deficiencies that arise at the pharmacy, assess them, and take necessary actions.
• Have overall responsibility for following up on the quality of the operations and contribute to spreading knowledge about good medication use and quality within the team.

The pharmacy is open 10-19 on weekdays, 10-17 on Saturdays, and 11-16 on Sundays. We offer a permanent position full-time/part-time, and you will belong to pharmacy manager Madeleine Tuzinovic's team. Desired start date according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You have solid experience as a pharmacist and want to share your knowledge to contribute to good medication use and improved health - both for customers and colleagues. Are you multilingual? Great! It is important to succeed in this role.

For the role of LMA, you need to have at least two years of experience from a Swedish outpatient pharmacy and at least one year of documented quality work. We believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards common goals.
