We are looking for a nurse to work both at the health center and in home care. You will also be responsible for the hypertension clinic. Here, you will be an important part of a team where care, quality, and collaboration are at the center.

With us, you will work with a wide range of tasks – from triage and emergency care to counseling and follow-up of chronic diseases. You will meet patients of all ages and actively contribute to care that makes a difference.

As a nurse/district nurse, you will:

Work with health care, such as health checks, vaccinations, wound care, and chronic illnesses.
Provide telephone advice
Work in the Take Care journal system
Prescribe free consumables and medications
Participate in efforts to improve patient flows and collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible care.
Work closely with both patients and their relatives to create long-term and sustainable care relationships.
Participate in quality work and development projects to improve the health center's practices and results.

Who are you?

Licensed nurse or district nurse with at least two years of experience
Experience in home care
Thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle varying care situations
Communicates clearly and has an empathetic approach
Masters Swedish in speech and writing (at least C1 level)
