We are currently seeking two mobile nurses; one located in southern Sweden and one in the Stockholm area.

As a mobile nurse, you will work to provide support to patients in our various patient support programs and act as a study nurse in clinical trials. These programs and trials are sponsored by pharmaceutical companies with Oriola as the executor.

The type of work varies depending on the patient support program, but key components include:

• Support and education via phone and video calls to patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals
• Providing care, technical support, or training in the patient's home
• In the role of study nurse, taking samples or administering trial medication during home visits in clinical trials

As a large part of our programs are conducted in or near the patient's home, you are expected to be able to travel throughout the country and possibly also to Denmark. In addition to patient-facing work, documentation in journal systems and reporting of side effects and complaints are central tasks. The position also involves administrative duties.

As the role is home-based, we primarily seek individuals residing in the southern part of Sweden and in the Stockholm area.

Who are you?

• Licensed nurse with several years of clinical experience, preferably as a district nurse, in neurology or in the care of cardiometabolic diseases.
• Experience working as a study nurse is highly meritorious.
• You have a pedagogical interest and enjoy teaching and coaching others. Training and experience in motivational interviewing methodology is an advantage.
• You enjoy collaborating with others while being driven and able to make independent decisions when necessary.
• You are organized and have the ability to plan your own workday so that you prioritize correctly even in high-paced situations.
• You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, which is Oriola's corporate language.
• You understand and can communicate with people who speak Danish. If you also speak Finnish, that is an advantage.
• You are accustomed to working in digital environments. You feel comfortable training via digital solutions, using the Microsoft Office suite, and documenting in dedicated data systems.
• Since the position involves travel and irregular working hours, we are looking for someone who can work from home and manage their own schedule.
• A driver's license is required.
