Licensed Psychologist with CBT Focus Wanted

We are looking for a licensed psychologist with a CBT focus and experience in meeting and treating adults. You are confident in working independently and in a structured manner, while also appreciating the collegial aspect – being part of a team where you support, inspire, and learn from each other.

About the Position:

The primary care interventions for mental health target adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues or mental illness. At our health center, you will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues and other professional categories to help patients achieve improved mental health and increased functional capacity.

Your tasks will include psychological counseling, diagnostics, and systematic treatment based on evidence-based methods. This includes conditions such as anxiety, depression, stress-related issues, and crises. Often, this is done with shorter treatment interventions. There will be some inquiries where it is important to screen for ADHD and other developmental-related conditions.

We are looking for someone with experience in the above-mentioned tasks, preferably in primary care. You have knowledge in conducting suicide risk assessments and are attentive to the need for acute psychiatric care. You enjoy participating in developmental work and are confident in yourself.

Regular supervision is offered.

This position is a permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
