JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work at the elderly home, Bjärkegården:

As a care assistant or nursing assistant at Bjärkegården, you work closely with the residents throughout your shift. You provide support through care interventions and, when delegated, health and medical care interventions. The work also includes planning and carrying out activities based on each individual's needs, wishes, and conditions. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and pleasant environment where the individual is at the center. The role also includes regular tasks such as service interventions and other tasks within the operations.

Work in home care, Bjärke home care

As a care assistant or nursing assistant within home care in Bjärke, you work to provide support and care to individuals, primarily over 65 years old, who live in their own homes. The interventions are based on each individual's needs and aim to create security, well-being, and enable a dignified life for as long as possible. The work in home care is varied and diverse. You meet different people, work in changing home environments, and perform tasks that are adapted to the user's individual needs. The workday involves both independent work and responsibility, where you plan and carry out many tasks on your own. The role includes care interventions and, after delegation, health and medical care interventions. You also perform service interventions and other tasks within the operations.

Bjärke home care is based in newly built premises in central Sollebrunn and operates within a geographical area that includes Gräfsnäs, Långared, Magra, Mellby, and Sollebrunn. The operations are characterized by a salutogenic perspective and working method, where the elderly are always in focus and care is adapted based on the individual's resources and needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title (1,500 high school credits or high school diploma), or a trained care assistant (800 high school credits).

Meritorious:

• Experience from elderly care or other equivalent experience
• B driver's license
