The IT department of the County Administrative Boards is national and works for all 21 County Administrative Boards in Sweden.

Job Description

Do you want to help shape the future of software development at the County Administrative Board with vital societal assignments? With us, the role of software developer is undergoing an exciting transformation.

As AI tools increasingly change traditional software development, the need for developers who can translate business needs is growing. Therefore, we are looking for someone who can create clear solution descriptions at the interface between humans and machines.

Your main tasks will be to develop accessible web applications in modern frameworks based on prototypes created in Figma. You will work in a team and use Azure DevOps as a platform to drive agile methodologies and automated builds, among other things.

We offer flexible work with good opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The locations are Gothenburg, Karlstad, Luleå, Mariestad, and Vänersborg.

Qualifications

We expect you to have:

• Post-secondary education in IT of at least 2 years.
• Very good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Vue or React.
• Basic knowledge of .NET and C# or equivalent backend.
• Experience with CSS, WCAG, and design systems.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps environments.

Meritorious

If you have also worked with UX in Figma, that is a big plus.
