As a project manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for project planning and become a key person in the progress of the projects. You will lead the work, coordinate different disciplines, and ensure that technical solutions meet the highest quality standards.

• Lead and coordinate the planning in construction projects
• Develop technical solutions and be responsible for modeling
• Monitor the work of designers and ensure quality
• Plan and follow up the work according to the project schedule
• Perform quality controls and manage deviations
• Be a support for the team and clients through clear communication
• Participate in internal reviews and provide feedback on models and documentation
• Drive improvement work and suggest measures for more efficient processes

• Experience in project planning and management within general construction and preferably prefabricated concrete structures
• Knowledge of relevant software, e.g. Tekla Structures and Revit
• Good understanding of construction technology (load-bearing structures, material choices, building physics)
• Familiarity with building regulations and standards (BBR, EKS, Eurocodes)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• A problem-solver who enjoys challenges

• Experience in dimensioning according to Eurocodes
• Knowledge of prefabricated suppliers' processes and requirements
