On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a management coordinator in the real estate sector for Stockholm. The assignment is for 20-30 hours per week and is expected to start immediately and run until 2026-06-31 with the possibility of extension.

The company is one of the largest public housing companies in the country. The company is owned by the City of Stockholm.

Background

The consulting assignment may continue until a new position has been filled within the organization, which is expected to be completed by spring 2026. The assignment may be extended.

Job description and role

The consultant should have good knowledge and experience of GreenView as well as the system's modules and functions.

Purpose of the assignment and expected results

The purpose is to maintain and to some extent further develop modules in GreenView to support the needs of the business.

Scope

20 to 30 hours per week.

The estimated scope should be seen as a qualified estimate. Future needs may exceed or fall short of the specified scope. The client therefore does not guarantee any specific volume, and the bidder undertakes to deliver based on the actual needs that arise.
