Do you want to kickstart your career in a modern, highly automated, and sustainable production environment while building a long-term future in technology, production, and leadership? Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is now seeking graduates for our 12-month Graduate Programme in Production and Supply Chain, starting in September 2026. The programme is aimed at those who want to develop quickly, take responsibility early, and make a real difference in a business where technology, people, and processes meet.

A tailored trainee program

Our Graduate Programme combines theory and practice to provide you with a solid foundation to build your career on. Throughout the programme, you will work on projects that challenge you, develop your skills, and give you a deep understanding of our business. Our ambition is to unlock your potential and provide you with the tools to embark on an exciting career within Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where we will develop you as a person, your skills, and your leadership.

We know that everyone develops in different ways, and therefore the programme is tailored according to your background, strengths, and ambitions. At the same time, you will gain a broad insight into the business through work and projects in several parts of the organization. Much is based on personal responsibility and drive - with us, you will have the opportunity to influence and make a difference from day one.

During the programme, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Gain unique insights into several business areas through our rotation programme, where you will have the chance to take on different roles within Supply Chain
  • Participate in projects that drive innovation and improvement within production and Supply Chain
  • Develop your technical expertise through practical experience in our highly automated production environment
  • Gain insight into our entire value chain and work with industry-leading experts in FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods)
  • Be assigned a senior mentor who will support you throughout the programme and help you achieve your goals

Two focuses within the Graduate Programme

The Graduate Programme has two main focuses. Already in the recruitment process, we want to understand which focus best matches your interests and profile.

  • Technology (Maintenance & Repair): focus on maintenance, technology, and operational reliability in a highly automated production environment.
  • Production & Leadership: focus on production, flows, and development of leadership in operational activities.

Who are we looking for?

We are primarily looking for someone who comes in with great curiosity, a willingness to take initiative, and a desire to learn. You have strong analytical skills and are driven by continuously working on improvements. You are not afraid to be challenged, which you demonstrate with an unpretentious and positive attitude. We welcome those who are driven by winning together, are skilled communicators, and have the ability to build trust-based relationships.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in, for example, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
  • Recently graduated (no later than before the programme starts in September 2026), or have up to one year of work experience
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Permission to work in Sweden

Meritorious:

  • Previous experience from work within Supply Chain, production, automation, or similar.

We value a diverse workforce and therefore welcome you to apply regardless of gender, age, or ethnic background.
