We are now looking for experienced, driven, and service-oriented head waiters who want to work extra on varied and exciting assignments at Carotte Staff. On behalf of our client, we are also looking for head waiters for a project employment from January to February. You will work full-time with varying working hours.

With us, you will have the opportunity to work in many different environments, from public restaurants and intimate dinners to large banquets, corporate events, and grand occasions.

The work is varied and dynamic; one day you are responsible for the overall experience at an exclusive event, the next day you lead and coordinate the team during a larger banquet. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is confident in the head waiter role, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is attentive to both colleagues and customers, and ensures that everything runs smoothly regardless of the size of the assignment.

Examples of assignments

• Corporate events & customer events

• Banquets, galas, and conference dinners

• Caterings – small and large

• Restaurant assignments: à la carte and bar

• Project assignments where you step in as a head waiter full-time for a limited period

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience working as a head waiter

• Has a genuine interest in service and quality

• Is social, outgoing, and confident in a leadership role

• Is flexible, humble, and unpretentious

• Enjoys working in a team and creating engagement around you

• Has another main occupation of at least 50% (studies, other work, etc.) - This applies only to extra work as needed, not for project employment.
