We are looking for a self-driven and motivated accountant for a medium-sized company in the pharmaceutical and public sector.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Transfer existing responsibilities from external shared service to the parent company's finance department
• Review existing ways of working and adapt them to the parent company's processes
• Implement efficiencies
• Be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, VAT and tax reporting
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and analyze results and balance
• Support during audits and prepare documentation
• Work independently, drive the work forward, and be an important contact for colleagues

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a couple of years of experience in accounting and finance
• Has experience with simpler monthly closings and wants to continue developing in responsibility
• Is self-driven, meticulous, and communicative
• Has good knowledge of M3 and Excel
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

Other

• Location: Kungens Kurva, about 2 days remote per week
• Start: Beginning of March (possibly earlier start)
• Scope: Full-time, initially until the end of September with a chance of extension
