JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer service representative at Sjöbo Elnät, you are an important contact point between the company and our customers. You will work with a variety of tasks where service, administration, and collaboration are in focus.

Your tasks will include:

• Customer contact via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Handling customer inquiries regarding the electricity network, contracts, meters, and billing issues
• Administration and registration in our systems
• Collaboration with technicians, contractors, and internal colleagues
• Contributing to the development of routines and working methods within customer service

QUALIFICATIONS

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and enjoys having many points of contact. You are solution-oriented and can express yourself easily in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• The ability to work independently as well as in a team
• A professional and friendly demeanor

Experience in the energy or electricity network industry is a plus but not a requirement.
