ABOUT THE POSITION
Are you curious about customer service in an exciting industry? As a customer service representative at Mercedes-Benz Financial, you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of the client. You are an important contact for customers and assist with everything from loans and leasing to invoices and contracts. We are looking for someone who has another main occupation but can be available 2 days a week (Mon-Fri). No day is like the other – here you will develop, take responsibility, and build valuable experience in an engaged team. The assignment also includes more work during the summer, Christmas, and around public holidays. We apply a rolling selection process where the final interviews will be held in week 51.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Provide professional and friendly service to Mercedes-Benz Financial customers via phone and email
- Assist customers with inquiries about loans, leasing, invoices, payments, and contracts
- Follow up on cases and ensure that customers receive accurate and clear information
- Collaborate with colleagues in the team to find solutions and improve the customer experience
- Be part of a dynamic workflow where no day is like the other
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Has another part-time occupation for at least 18 months and can be available about 2 days a week
- Has previous work experience in a customer service role
- Has good system understanding and is quick to learn new tools
- Is solution-oriented, driven, and enjoys collaborating in a team
- Speaks and writes Swedish fluently and has basic knowledge of English
It is a merit if you have
- Experience in service-related professions such as customer service or phone support in, for example, banking.
- Good knowledge of reading credit facts and understanding contracts
Knowledge can be obtained through education, experience, or being self-taught.
