About the positionAs a Key Account Manager at Arena Personal, you will have a strategic and advisory sales role where you are responsible for developing, nurturing, and driving collaborations with larger national clients within staffing and recruitment. You will proactively analyze customer needs, KPIs, and long-term goals to identify new solutions, more efficient workflows, and innovative working methods that create increased cost-effectiveness and business benefits.

The role involves close customer dialogue at several levels – from HR and procurement to operational activities – where you both drive the overall strategy and are visible in the client's operations. You will be responsible for prospecting, designing, and negotiating larger contracts and procurements, as well as ongoing business development and performance follow-up.

An important part of the role is collaboration with our consultant managers. You will act as a sounding board and support on customer-related issues, ensuring that the delivery aligns with existing agreements and helping the team understand the customer's expectations and goals. Through structure and analysis, you will also work with statistics and reporting, primarily in Excel, to create clear documentation that strengthens both customer collaboration and internal delivery.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in KAM work or another strategic sales role, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or service sales
• Strong business and process understanding, as well as the ability to analyze customer KPIs, needs, and challenges
• Documented experience in developing, negotiating, and administering larger collaboration agreements and procurements
• The ability to build long-term and trusting relationships with multiple contact points at the customer
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in driving dialogue both strategically and operationally
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience working with statistics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
• An innovative, analytical, and solution-oriented working style

Scope / PlacementThis role is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. The position is full-time. You will be based at our office in Johanneshov, but travel is required in the role.

The position is planned to start after the turn of the year.
