About the position
As an operations assistant, you will be part of the Medication Support team and be responsible for fluid cart service to the hospital's care units. Your tasks will include refilling fluid carts and managing inventory in the hospital's fluid rooms. You will also work on the hospital's wards cleaning medication dispensers.
The tasks may change and develop over time. Based on previous experience and competence, additional assignments may become relevant.
You will work across the hospital but have a main placement in Solna.
The advertisement refers to a temporary position until 2027-05-28.
We are looking for someone who

- plans, organizes, and prioritizes work effectively. You set and adhere to deadlines

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish
- Computer skills
- Forklift license
Meritorious:
- Previous experience in inventory management
- Previous experience working with medications or medical supplies in pharmacies or within healthcare
