Sweden's largest independent real estate agency, Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, together with the interest company House:ID, has an exciting transition underway. Together we want to strengthen our offering and ultimately make everyday life easier for all those who own their homes.

Through House:ID's digital platform, homeowners gain 100% control over their home, their data, and all related information – thus setting a new standard for what it means to own a home.

We are now looking for another driven corporate salesperson to join the team who wants to help build the business towards service companies – and create a future where homeowners always get the help they need, when they need it.

Your next challenge
You will be employed by Svensk Fastighetsförmedling but will work on behalf of the group's interest company House:ID AB – a company that develops digital solutions and has established the new standard for Swedish homeowners. This means you will receive the security and leadership of an established group while becoming a key player in a fast-growing and innovative company.

As a corporate salesperson, you will work closely with both House:ID and the group's other companies. Together we set the structure and build the conditions for strong growth and many new collaborations.

In this role, you will:
- Identify, establish contact, and engage new corporate partners (primarily via phone)
- Present House:ID's platform to potential customers
- Design, present, and close business agreements with clear ROI for the customer
- Manage simpler onboarding and follow-up of new customers
- Contribute to the development of working methods and materials
- Conduct certain reporting, CRM follow-up, and administration
You will report to the Customer Center Manager at Svensk Fastighetsförmedling and work closely with House:ID's teams in marketing, tech, and customer center.

More about you
We are looking for someone who is results-oriented, self-driven, and has a strong sales drive. You enjoy finding solutions and have an easy time building trust in conversations with new people. As a person, you are both curious and persistent, and you thrive on working towards clear goals.

We see that you have:
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with working with the phone as the primary tool
- Experience booking and conducting customer meetings
- Documented experience working towards sales budgets
- Experience in new customer acquisition and proactive sales
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:
- Experience in sales within media, SaaS, or advertising
