About the position

At the doping laboratory in Huddinge, we analyze samples from athletes from almost all over the world. We perform analyses against hundreds of prohibited doping substances and methods. Our staff consists of biomedical analysts, chemists, and administrative personnel. The Doping Laboratory in Huddinge is one of about 30 doping laboratories in the world that operates according to the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) regulations.

As a biomedical analyst at the Doping Laboratory, your main tasks will include receiving samples, sample preparation, bioanalysis, evaluation, and approval of results. The laboratory work is performed both manually and with the help of robotic technology. Instrument and method responsibility may be included in the work.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Licensed biomedical analyst or other equivalent higher education in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good computer skills

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working with liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry
• Previous experience working with SAR-PAGE
• Previous experience working in an accredited environment.
