Job Responsibilities:

With us, the patient is at the center, and we are committed to providing evidence-based care according to current guidelines. We maintain continuous dialogue with patients, relatives, and each other to ensure that care is tailored in the best possible way. As a senior physician with us, you will be offered a varied and stimulating job with good opportunities for development and subspecialization. In addition, you will perform standard medical work involving somatic and psychiatric assessments and treatments. You will participate in patient safety work, treatment conferences, and method development.

A significant part of the work is team-based. We prefer that you enjoy working together with others for the benefit of both patients and the organization. If you are interested in learning refined methods within specialized psychiatry, you will develop significantly with us. If you are also knowledgeable about or interested in eating disorders and want to grow in this area, we believe you will thrive excellently with us! There are possibilities for some remote work.

We Offer:

  • a growing and strengthened group of specialist physicians with a strong team culture.
  • an environment characterized by highly specialized care, research, and education.
  • continuous professional development and opportunities for method and improvement work.
  • supervision and clinical teaching of younger colleagues.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

  • is a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry or psychiatry,
  • enjoys teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration,
  • has commitment and a sense of responsibility and wants to contribute to development.

Experience in eating disorder care is an advantage but not a requirement – we offer a thorough introduction to the work, supervision, and continuing education. Knowledge of CBT-E or FBT and experience with the Take Care journal system are also seen as advantageous.

Personal Qualities:

You have excellent collaboration skills and enjoy sharing your knowledge. You are interested in the patients' journey and are engaged, responsible, attentive, and unpretentious. You have an interest in development issues and actively contribute to the organization's development and are communicative and clear in both speech and writing.

The job responsibilities require independence, a holistic perspective, and a structured approach. We place great importance on personal suitability and good collaboration skills.

Employment Form:

Permanent employment. Full-time, 40 hours/week. On-call and standby duty are included in the position.

Education & Learning Opportunities:

Regular continuing education is seen as necessary both to maintain and develop your own competence, and you will have good opportunities for that with us.

Our Benefits:

SLSO creates good conditions for you as an employee to develop and excel in your profession. As an employee, you have benefits such as free healthcare up to the high-cost protection limit, additional compensation during parental leave, occupational pension, and insurance. We also apply flexible working hours, wellness hours, and 5000 SEK in wellness allowance per calendar year.
