Our vision is to become Sweden's best elderly care, a journey we have already started. Our focus has three cornerstones: the core, coordinating nursing assistant, and good leadership. Kaprifolgården is a special accommodation located centrally in Henån. Here there are 36 apartments distributed over four units consisting of tenants with cognitive impairment. The accommodation has a pleasant outdoor environment, including a garden.

Your tasks

As a nursing assistant within the Care Sector in Orust municipality, you will work from a salutogenic approach, which means focusing on the individual's quality of life. This approach should lead to good and safe care, where the individual achieves meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability in their life situation through participation. The assignment also includes performing health and medical care tasks as delegated. Documentation is part of the daily work. Your assignment is characterized by responsibility, interaction, and striving for the best possible meeting. We offer you a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference.

About you

You should have completed the Care and Nursing Program or equivalent education deemed equivalent by the employer, with qualifications as a nursing assistant. We prefer that you have experience from previous work in dementia care. Basic computer skills are a requirement.

As a person, you have a high work ethic, good communication skills, are self-assured, and meet people in an engaged and professional manner. You are a positive person who sees opportunities, is flexible, and enjoys working in a changing environment. You should be innovative and open to alternative working methods and hours, where the individual is the focus. Above all, you find it enjoyable and stimulating to work with the care of individuals. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
