Do you want to work with people – young and old? We offer summer jobs in several different operations where you have the opportunity to find what suits you best.

A job with us means that you meet people who need your help, support, and commitment. How the support looks depends on the individuals' needs and wishes. It can involve assisting with personal care, hygiene, shopping, laundry, cleaning, or various activities. Regardless of where you work, your mission is to work together with supportive colleagues to create wonderful days and a warm, safe, and joyful existence for those we serve.

Working hours that suit you

You have a great opportunity to work up to full-time! Since the operations are running around the clock, every day, there is a wide variation in working hours and schedules. We offer shifts scheduled during the day/evening, weekends, and for certain positions, even night shifts. Varied working hours provide opportunities to combine work with fun summer activities.

• You are flexible and easily adapt to changing circumstances.
• You take responsibility for your tasks and invest time and commitment in your work.

To succeed and thrive in your role as a summer substitute, you need to have an interest in helping others. We place great importance on personal suitability in the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Approved language assessment.
• We prioritize applicants with approved or ongoing education equivalent to the nursing program, child and leisure program, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
• You have good computer skills and experience handling mobile phones and other digital tools and systems.
• In some of our operations, a B driver's license is a requirement, and access to a personal vehicle is a significant plus as we have operations outside the urban area.

We also consider it a positive if you have previous work experience in similar tasks.

What does our recruitment process look like?

• Selection is ongoing during the application period.

• Collection of criminal record.
• Collection of grades/employer certificates.
