About the Organization

The Orthopedic Clinic at NU Healthcare is a complete and large operation with a high professional reputation. The clinic comprises about 180 employees who together ensure high quality and a good and stimulating work environment. We conduct both acute and planned orthopedics in both outpatient and inpatient care.

About Our Open Position

As a ST physician at the Orthopedic Clinic, you will join a large group of ST physicians with very good cohesion. Our teams include trauma orthopedics, hand surgery, foot surgery, arthroscopic surgery, prosthetic surgery, spinal surgery, and pediatric surgery. As a ST physician, you will be placed in both Trollhättan and Uddevalla and will rotate through all areas. We offer courses and training both internally and externally. The latest SPUR review rated the training highly.

All ST physicians receive a personal supervisor. On-call duty is included in the position. Our ST training has received the highest rating in 7 out of 8 quality areas!

Qualifications

Licensed physician with a Swedish medical license. Previous experience in orthopedics is an advantage. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, at least at level C1 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) or equivalent. Completed AT service or equivalent is required. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
