Do you want to work with investments that make a real difference across Sweden?
Then you might be the one we are looking for.
At Tillväxtverket, we work for competitive companies and sustainable development in all parts of Sweden. We offer knowledge, networks, and opportunities for investments. This provides direct benefits to companies and also creates conditions for companies, municipalities, and regions to meet future challenges. Tillväxtverket is a national authority with regional presence in nine locations.
You will belong to the Regional Development Northern Sweden unit, part of the Regions department at Tillväxtverket. We are a dedicated team of project advisors and a program manager driving the work with the EU's regional fund program in northern Sweden. We work data-driven, with great responsibility and closely with both local and national actors.
Your placement is in Luleå, but you will work on issues concerning both Norrbotten and Västerbotten – and in your national assignment with results communication, throughout the country. Travel within the region and sometimes nationally is a natural part of the job.
About the position
As a project advisor within the EU's regional fund, you will have a unique combination of tasks – you will be involved in assessing, following up, and developing projects that strengthen innovation, green transition, and competitiveness in the business sector. At the same time, you have a national assignment where you work to package, disseminate, and communicate results from all eight regional fund programs in Sweden. Here, analysis, advice, and communication meet – with a focus on creating learning and showing how EU investments contribute to sustainable development and stronger regions. You will participate in Tillväxtverket's efforts for enhanced regional competitiveness and sustainable development.
You will have a varied and analytical role where you follow projects from idea to result, contribute to knowledge about the regions' needs, and translate insights into smart and sustainable solutions. The work includes analyzing economic data, following up results, and contributing to highlighting the effects of EU investments in regional development.
The role also includes work with information, mobilization, advice, follow-up, result dissemination, and results communication, as well as handling project applications within the regional structural fund programs.
We offer a modern and flexible work environment with a balance between remote work and collaboration in the office.
