Description of the Operations

The health and medical care unit consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We work with patients aged 18 and older who need health and medical care at the primary care level in their homes, both in special and regular housing.

Your Mission

Your tasks mainly consist of independently meeting our patients to assess, plan, execute, and follow up on health and medical care interventions. You will have close collaboration with other professionals. Another part of the mission is to provide support and guidance to other professional groups.

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements

• Licensed nurse or district nurse
• Driving license B for a car with manual transmission

Meritorious

• Previous experience of working in municipal health and medical care.

The Employment
