Description of the Operation

Are you a trained nursing assistant or are you studying to become a nurse and want a meaningful summer job? Then you are the one we are looking for! The goal is person-centered, close care for a health-promoting and sustainable everyday life.

You will perform health and medical care interventions in close collaboration with health and medical care personnel. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tasks, and no day is the same. The work is during daytime hours.

Your Assignment

You will work with ordinary housing, special housing for the elderly, short-term housing, and disability care. Your tasks will include performing health and medical care interventions delegated by a nurse/district nurse, such as monitoring health status, taking samples, injections, wound dressings, catheter changes, and catheter flushing, some medication management, stoma care, and tube feeding.

Your Competence and Experience

Requirements

• Trained nursing assistant or student nurse with approved semester 3
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B

Upon request, you should be able to present grades from the nursing education, professional certificate (protected professional title as a nursing assistant), or employer certificate confirming employment as a nursing assistant.

Meritorious

Previous experience working in elderly care, home care, or similar operations.
