Authorization Officer for the Personnel Administration Section

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is growing – we are building new, renovating, and expanding, and we are now looking for more employees. Our most important goal is to reduce recidivism – to break the vicious cycle. If we succeed, society will be safer and more secure for everyone. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation, remand facilities, and client transport.

The KSC supports the authority in personnel and economic administrative services, support functions, and the authority's switchboard function. The goal of KSC is to reduce administration for managers and client-facing staff through a mix of centralization and expanded support. KSC serves as a point of entry for inquiries and aims to resolve all questions and issues in a friendly and professional manner.
