Our workplace is located in Björkhagen, next to the subway station. Just around the corner from the office building, the Nacka Nature Reserve spreads out, offering opportunities for a pleasant forest walk or a run during lunch break.

We offer

Our operations are characterized by present leadership and active employee participation. The city as an employer offers good agreements. You can also purchase training passes for all of the city's training facilities at a very favorable price.

In the Guidance and Citizen Support Unit, we also offer you:

You will work, for example, with:

  • Reaching out and engaging the target group in relevant places and in our own drop-in service at the administration's citizen office.
  • Helping people find their way and orienting them on where to turn, providing community and housing guidance.
  • Informing about the municipality's services.

You will closely collaborate with colleagues who also work with community guidance, and together you will drive, improve, and develop the operation to provide the best service possible to residents. You will also be responsible for supervising the unit's two district mothers planned to be hired in the spring.

In collaboration with colleagues as well as external partners, you will act as a representative for the administration and keep yourself well-informed and cooperative for the benefit of the target group.

In your role, you are required to adapt your approach based on the needs of the residents and provide a friendly and respectful reception. You see the resources in each individual and support them on their way to becoming independent residents.

The working hours are scheduled during the day, but evening work, Saturdays, or Sundays may occur.

The position is a temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
