Description of the operation

The health and medical care unit consists of nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We work with patients aged 18 and above who need health and medical care at the primary care level at home, both in special and ordinary housing.

Your mission

Your tasks mainly consist of independently meeting our patients to assess, plan, execute, and follow up on health and medical care interventions. You will have close collaboration with other professionals. Another part of the mission is to provide support and guidance to other professional groups.

Your competence and experience

Requirements

• Licensed nurse or district nurse
• Driving license B for cars with manual transmission

• Previous experience in municipal health and medical care
• Experience in home health care or care in ordinary and special housing
