About the Position

In the role of Logistics Coordinator at DENSO Sweden AB, you will have a central role in the logistics flow and work closely with customers and internal functions. You will ensure an efficient flow from procurement to delivery in a varied role focusing on coordination and problem-solving in an international environment.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensuring procurement so that the customer receives the right number of items at the right time
• Working with the introduction and phase-out of components
• Conducting final negotiations with customers regarding items that are end of life
• Reviewing prices, packing instructions, and changes together with the sales department during design updates
• Responsible for inventory management of the assigned assortment
• Managing spare parts setup within Thermal Management

About You

You thrive in a coordinating role where you can take responsibility, stay one step ahead, and find solutions in a daily routine characterized by collaboration and variety. You have a genuine interest in logistics and are motivated to work in teams in an international environment.

Requirements for the Position:

• Post-secondary education in logistics or economics
• Previous work experience in the logistics field
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience working in an international environment, as you will be in contact with colleagues in Japan in addition to your closest colleagues in Sweden and Europe.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
