About the Role

We are looking for someone who is technically interested and wants to work with computer platforms and hardware! The team consists of technically skilled individuals, such as designers and systems engineers, who together develop, test, and ensure the quality of the hardware for SAAB's products.

In this role, you will work closely with verifiers, system owners, and other functions, such as purchasing, to manage requirements, technical documentation, and follow-up throughout the entire development process of product creation. You will not lead projects yourself, but you are an important part of ensuring that the hardware meets the requirements and standards so that it can be integrated into SAAB's ground radar. The work is office-based and characterized by structure, analysis, and close collaboration. The role involves working on multiple projects simultaneously, often in different phases, where technical documentation is a central part of everyday life. It is possible to work from home some days depending on where you are in the project phases.

Examples of Responsibilities

Manage and update technical documentation related to hardware and computer platforms throughout the project's lifecycle, from requirements specification to implementation and testing.
Work within the company's systems and processes, such as Jira, Linux, and based on the V-model.
Participate in daily short stand-ups according to Scrum with the closest team and responsible.
Support the team with technical documentation during follow-up, analysis, and reporting.
Analyze customer requirements specifications and derive technical requirements for computer platforms.
Ensure traceability between requirements, design, and verification.
Follow up on deliveries and verify that the hardware meets the specified requirements.

Your Profile

To thrive in this role, you need to be technically curious and interested in hardware. You should be able to demonstrate that you have work experience in meticulous tasks where you ensure that things get done and are not afraid to ask someone to move forward in your work.

Mandatory Requirements

YH/Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Electronics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Development Engineering, Information Technology, or other relevant education.
Work experience related to requirements management and technical documentation.
Strong technical interest.
Knowledge of hardware and computer platforms.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driver's license B.
Swedish citizenship.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Linux, Jira, EMC, and/or military standards.
Worked based on the V-model.
