As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key person in keeping production running and contributing to improvements that make a difference. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working with both technology and development.

Your main task is to ensure stable and efficient production through a preventive approach. The role is central to the team and involves both planned interventions and improvements that make a real difference.

You will work with:

• Performing preventive maintenance and planned inspections of machines and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and repairing as needed, as well as analyzing root causes to prevent recurring issues.
• Developing and documenting both automated and manual processes.
• Contributing ideas and solutions that increase operational reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with a genuine interest in understanding how things work and who sees opportunities for improvements. You are curious, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to take responsibility and initiative when needed.

For us, it is more important that you feel secure in your role and contribute to good teamwork than that you have many years of experience in the field.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to:

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Have experience in maintenance or service work.
• Have completed high school education, preferably with a technical focus, or equivalent work experience.
• Be a “Doer” who takes initiative and makes things happen.
