We are now looking for a technical manager with a focus on operational management for HSB in Helsingborg, to join an engaged department with a fast pace, great variety, and a lot of job satisfaction.
About the role
As a technical manager focusing on operational management, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing the property management and technical services of housing cooperatives. Examples of tasks:
- Lead and coordinate the cooperative's operations according to the operational plan and board decisions, as well as conduct annual operational analysis
- Participate in and prepare board meetings, general meetings, and consultation meetings; prepare agendas, decision materials, and minutes
- Be responsible for procurement, contracts, and supplier contacts

You are confident in your leadership role and in presentations, and have a natural way of making contacts. You work in a structured and analytical manner, see the big picture, and take initiative when needed.
