Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a lead interior architect who can work in all phases from start to finish, with experience in managing their own projects, but who is also a team player. You have a strong interest in developing interior concepts and a good ability to design both loose and fixed furnishings. You possess high design skills and great creativity.

You are a person who easily creates contacts and collaborates well with others. You are goal-oriented and meticulous. The role requires good communication skills, attentiveness, and clarity, as well as very good knowledge of Swedish and English. Experience with international projects is an advantage.

You actively work with your own client contacts and are used to being involved in tendering work. If you have previously worked with cultural historical environments and had authorities as clients, we consider it an advantage.

Sustainable interior architecture is important to us, and experience with circular projects is desirable.

Requirements for the role of lead interior architect:

• University degree in interior architecture at the master's level (SIR)
• 5 years of experience in interior design across various market areas
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe/Affinity suite
