About the position

As a Maintenance Engineer at Rechon Life Science, you will be part of the Maintenance department responsible for maintenance and technical support in the company's pharmaceutical production. The role combines operational maintenance work with technical responsibility and a focus on quality, operational reliability, and development.

You will plan and perform preventive maintenance of production equipment and building systems, as well as calibrate equipment, sensors, and measuring instruments according to established routines and applicable regulations such as GMP and ISO.

The position includes technical documentation, development and updating of SOPs, and participation in projects, installations, and improvement initiatives. You will work with the monitoring systems FIX and BMS and contribute to stable operations and effective monitoring of the equipment in production. You will also be the contact person within Maintenance towards Global IT, ensuring that technical systems and processes function effectively in collaboration with the IT department.

About you

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented. You work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues and external partners. Your communication is clear and professional, and you build trusting relationships through attentiveness and engagement.

Important for the position

• At least 3 years of similar experience.
• University degree in engineering or equivalent education in automation or other relevant fields.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry and/or FMCG.
