Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a mobility manager for the newly established mobility group within the property management unit.

The assignment is part of the city's green transition and aims to realize Malmö city's decided plan for the establishment of internal charging infrastructure. The work is cross-functional and takes place in collaboration with the Service Administration's departments and units, Malmö Leasing AB, and Malmö Municipality's Parking Company.

The main task is to hold a responsible role in charging infrastructure projects within the service administration for electrified light and heavy vehicles in the city's vehicle fleet. The mobility manager will have overall responsibility for contact with the city's vehicle strategists in the operations, system management regarding charging infrastructure and parking areas, as well as maintaining administrative systems. The role includes analytical responsibility for charging infrastructure, parking areas, and the property owner's winter road maintenance on block property. The work involves participating in the group's charging infrastructure and parking administration and ensuring that it is done in a sustainable, economic, social, and environmental manner.

Together with the mobility group, city properties, service administration, and other departments in the city, you will participate in a development effort and create mobility based on the needs of the operations and in collaboration within the city. You will be involved in parking regulation and signage processes for parking areas on block property that are part of the city properties' management assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree of at least 180 credits in areas such as e-mobility, charging infrastructure, fleet management, or other education combined with experience that the employer can assess as equivalent. You have at least 5 years of experience in e-mobility, and we also see that you have experience in project management, customer management, government contact, and applications for EU funding within the green transition.

It is advantageous if you have experience with national requirements, EU regulations, and backend management for e-mobility, as well as monitoring contracts and budgets. It is also beneficial if you have worked with management and contact with both operations and vehicle managers in a large organization with high complexity or in public operations.

To be considered for the position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good administrative skills and strong computer/system knowledge.

As a person, you are self-sufficient, stable, with good communication skills and service-oriented.

Your ability to collaborate will be evident when you include both the property management organization and tenants and relevant staff before implementing regulations in parking areas. The work is carried out with an understanding of the organization and the complexity of the assignment. We believe you are a curious person who follows global developments and identifies opportunities for improvement. To succeed in the role, we also see that you have a good ability to plan your work and complete goal setting.

The 180 employees of City Properties manage Malmö city's properties for schools, childcare, elderly care, and culture. The portfolio amounts to over 1.8 million square meters and generates an annual turnover of approximately 2 billion SEK.
