About the Company

JP IT-Konsult i Stockholm AB is a growing consulting company collaborating with established clients across various industries. We focus on delivering business-critical, innovative IT solutions in complex environments. We are now looking for 1–2 technical project managers with a focus on infrastructure to strengthen our team and drive projects for our clients.

The Role in Brief

As a technical project manager, you are expected to:

• Plan and lead multiple parallel technical infrastructure projects
• Be responsible for timeline, budget, and deliverables and continuously report on the project's status
• Work both strategically and operationally, including workshop planning and execution
• Coordinate various stakeholders (technical teams, suppliers, and business) and promote a good collaborative climate
• Ensure a successful handover of the project's deliverables to management

The scope can vary between 50–100% of a full-time position depending on needs. Some opportunities for remote work are available if the assignment allows.

Must-Have Requirements

1. IT background – You have a solid technical foundation in IT
2. Documented experience in leading technical projects within IT infrastructure
3. Good technical understanding – You can understand both hardware, software, and network components
4. Experience in managing multiple complex IT projects simultaneously
5. Extensive experience in planning and conducting workshops
6. Ability to lead in a complex environment that requires good management and communication skills
7. Experience with complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
8. Documented experience in public sector operations
9. Documented experience with Cosmic and Stratsys
10. Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form, as well as experience in documenting and reporting
11. Very good knowledge of project methods, processes, and tools – you have worked with several different frameworks and can adapt as needed
12. Experience must be substantiated by CV and reference assignments – provide client, contact person, and contact details. Ensure that the reference has been contacted.

Preferred Requirements

1. Certification as a project manager (PMI PMP or equivalent)
2. Experience and knowledge of Region Jönköping's IT environment

We are looking for someone who is structured, analytical, and accustomed to quickly understanding complex projects and environments. You are a pronounced team player and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You have the ability to switch between strategic holistic thinking and operational details.
