BRP was founded in 2004 with its headquarters in Linköping (SE) and currently has around 115 employees distributed across 8 offices in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

About the position

Due to high demand, we are now looking for an Onboarder primarily for the Swedish market for our SaaS product Wondr. We are looking for the right person to become part of our international team and contribute to further growth and satisfied customers. The workplace is flexible, but it is desirable that you, as the new hire, work from our Wondr office in Jönköping.

As an Onboarder, your main task is to ensure optimal implementation of the Wondr product and add-ons for our customers. You will be part of a skilled, international, and engaged team that represents the company outwardly. Your role will be crucial and central to the operation and development of Wondr, with a direct impact on customer satisfaction and experience of our software.

As an Onboarder, you understand the customer's individual needs and operations to create results and provide the customer with the right conditions for growth and optimization.

During the implementation of our products at customer sites, an Onboarder works both practically, through training and configuration, as well as together with the team to transform the customer's needs and wishes into optimal and sustainable solutions. This can occur either physically at the customer’s site and/or via phone and video meetings.

An Onboarder participates in the entire process, from planning, coordination, and execution to follow-up on projects and other important tasks for the customer’s overall experience.

• Train the company's customers in the use of our products
• Ensure high customer satisfaction in our implementation projects
• Understand customer needs and transform them into concrete and usable solutions
• Identify problems and challenges and propose solutions
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery
• Contribute to ensuring that customers have the right conditions to independently use the system in the best way
• Collaborate and contribute to the team's development, including knowledge sharing, establishing processes and routines based on best practices

Who are we looking for?

You have at least two years of experience in onboarding IT systems, preferably within SaaS or other administrative software. General knowledge of Excel and finance is considered valuable as some tasks are performed in Excel during customer onboarding. As a person, you are results-oriented, meticulous, and skilled in communication. You are driven by helping, optimizing, and solving challenges, and thrive in a social environment among colleagues.

Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a requirement, and additional language skills are an advantage. It is also meritorious if you have a good understanding of the fitness and sports industry.
